The Day Is Coming
READ: Psalm 98:1-9
“The day is coming,” says the Lord. You do not have any idea when or where you will die, but God has set a time and a place for us already. We should use the time we have here on earth to spread His Word, as well as to praise Him.
The Bible says in Psalm 98:1&9 “Sing to the Lord a new song, for He has done marvelous things.” This clearly states that we should thank and praise God for all He has done for us.
He has promised to come and judge everyone. Therefore, we should praise Him now before it is too late. As we praise Him with our thoughts, words, and actions, He has blessed us. Among His blessings is the greatest gift of all, eternal life with Him.
Use the opportunity while you still can, and always remember that life is a gracious gift from God.
THINGS TO THINK ABOUT: Are you ready for God to take you home? Do you praise God on a daily basis as you should? Does God bless you as He has promised?
