Reaching to God's Love
Psalm 126:2 - Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, "The Lord has done great things for them."
People react to good news in different ways. Some people shout, some cry, some hug, others dance, still others laugh and sing. God's people returning to their homeland experienced great joy. It led to an emotional outburst. They laughed and sang to God's glory because of the joy they felt.
We react to God's good news of salvation through Christ too. In reaction to God's love, we are compelled to use the talents and abilities He has given by using them to the fullest. In reaction to God's love, we use the time he gives us to share the message of salvation with others. In reaction to God's love, we use our treasures to help send others to places we cannot go to share the Gospel.
THINGS TO THINK ABOUT: Think about your favorite hobby or best talent...how can you use it in your school, church or community to serve others and glorify God?
