Loved of Not?

We have all been in a situation where someone likes us, but we don’t return the feelings, right? Or maybe it’s been the other way around; your heart stops beating every time the star varsity football player walks by, but he hardly knows your name. It’s a sticky situation to be in isn’t it? Does that person like you back? Should you tell him/her of your feelings? You spend your days constantly wondering if you made a fool of yourself in front of them today, and if you didn’t, then you are wondering how to get their attention.
By Gods' grace we don’t have to deal with this in our spiritual life. God promises His children that He will always love us. No matter our skin color, personality or outward appearance. God doesn’t judge us. How blessed we are that we don’t ever have to question God’s love for us. While sometimes it might seem as though God doesn’t care or isn’t present in our life, we are blessed with the knowledge that He is always with us. “Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you.”
