Rally Commercial Contest...enter your commercial promoting the rally theme and/or Bible passage by March 1, 2009 for your chance to win a cash prize for your congregation's youth ministry!
"WELS Got Talent" ...enter yourself or your group into the "WELS Got Talent" competition for the 2009 rally. Finalists will advance to the rally itself to compete for cash prizes for yourself/group and for your congregation's youth ministry!
