AIR TRAVELERS - Shuttle has been arranged to/from the Des Moines airport at a rate of $50/person round-trip ($30/person one-way). To make reservations, go to www.visitames.com/wels. PLEASE NOTE: This is the most reliable and convenient shuttle available. Other less expensive options may exist, but drop-points and times may be more restrictive.
LODGING FOR BUS DRIVERS - Special rates have been negotiated for our event at the below hotels. Call to make reservations and mention 2009 WELS Youth Rally. Unfortunately, NO code is available for online reservations.
- Heartland Inn – 515-233-6060 $71.99/night includes breakfast and bus parking is available (two queens or single king)
- Microtel Inn – 515-233-4444 $62/night includes breakfast, NO bus parking (two queens, some single queens available)
